SuDS Designs by JMS Civils managed the civil engineering for the Pickerings Interfaces office building in Clacton-on-Sea, transforming a 712m² industrial site into a 1200m² sustainable facility. A bespoke Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) was implemented, including cellular attenuation tanks to control surface water and mitigate flooding risks. Permeable paving further reduced runoff, ensuring efficient water management.
SuDS Designs also delivered hard landscaping solutions and integrated utilities to meet regulatory compliance.
