SuDS Designs by JMS Civils supported this mixed-use scheme on Bickley Road, Leyton, with comprehensive civil engineering services – from early planning through to project completion.

Working closely with Laurie Wood Associates and Aspen Build, our team delivered a coordinated drainage strategy that addressed complex site constraints and supported the development’s sustainability goals. The design included an integrated SuDS solution beneath the landscaped first-floor podium, managing surface water while enhancing amenity space for residents.

The civil design also supported green infrastructure at roof level and ensured the drainage system met London Borough of Waltham Forest requirements, contributing to the building’s long-term environmental performance.
