SuDS Designs by JMS Civils recently delivered sustainable drainage solutions for the Hoxton Street mixed-use development in London. Our work focused on implementing Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) to manage surface water efficiently, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
The design reused existing drainage connections, reducing environmental impact while optimising runoff control. Permeable paving and attenuation measures were incorporated to enhance water management. Additionally, green infrastructure elements were integrated to support biodiversity and urban cooling.
