SuDS Designs worked diligently on this 11-plot residential development on a brownfield site in Flood Zone 3, Staffordshire. Our design incorporates a combination of SuDS features, including; permeable paving and detention basin- providing multiple benefits such as treatment of surface water and added amenity value to the community.

SuDS Designs successfully managed the diversion of an existing combined sewer through the site, ensuring minimal disruption and improved functionality for the development.
