SuDS Designs partnered with JMS Engineers to provide the civil engineering solutions for the Port One Logistics Park, a cutting-edge 56-acre business and logistics hub in Great Blakenham, Suffolk. The site’s 27m level difference and variable ground conditions were addressed using terracing and efficient cut-and-fill techniques to ensure stability and minimise imported fill.

SuDS Designs designed surface and foul water drainage systems, incorporating site-specific infiltration features to manage diverse ground strata. External levels and pavement designs were expertly planned to integrate seamlessly with the site’s functionality, delivering a sustainable and efficient engineering solution tailored to the project’s needs.
